Daily workouts [usually Strength, Olympic Lifts and Maximum Effort Training (MET’s)] are posted. You will also notice memory verses as well as other post. The workouts are what I (Chris Rountree) follow. I do additional Gymnastic/Mobility/etc… work as well. The posted workouts are about 80% of my fitness activity. There is no secret, just a bunch of hard work. If you are on a special program, these workouts may not be ideal to follow – you need to consult your trainer first. The memory verse is a weekly memory verse. Using a 3×5 index card, write the verse location on one side and the verse on the other. Practice all week to memorize then learn a new one the following week.
If you seek professional programming (training schedule), coaching (movement, nutrition & mindset), you can join a Group Training class or 1-on-1 Private Training. Group Training is simply $100/month (no matter how big or small the class). Private Training is $50/half hour and $75/hour. Call for dates and times availability.
